and make a real impact in a fast-evolving industry. /ph3About The Team /h3pYou'll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. /ph3Lead and manage a team responsible for reverse logistics operations, ensuring efficient and effective processing of returns, exchanges, and repairs for JD.com. /h3h3Responsibilities /h3ulliOversee the daily operations of the reverse logistics team, including inbound processing, quality inspection, repair coordination, and outbound disposition. /liliDevelop and implement strategies to optimize reverse logistics processes, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction. /liliMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as return rates, processing times, and resolution rates, and implement corrective actions as needed. /liliTrain, mentor, and evaluate team members, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety regulations. /liliCollaborate with other departments, including customer service, warehousing, and quality control, to streamline reverse logistics workflows.
/liliManage inventory of returned products, ensuring accurate record-keeping and proper handling. /liliIdentify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks, implementing continuous improvement initiatives. /liliPrepare reports on team performance, process efficiency, and cost analysis for management. /liliStay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies in reverse logistics. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. /lili3+ years of experience in reverse logistics or supply chain management, with at least 1 year in a leadership role. /liliProven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. /liliStrong understanding of reverse logistics principles, processes, and best practices. /liliExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. /liliProficient in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software. /liliStrong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. /liliAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. /li /ulpAt JINGDONG Logistics, we're committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.
