What we need is someone with the experience, strong editorial judgment, and intuition to turn AI-generated content into high-quality, valuable content that resonates with our readers and delivers real business results. /p pWe’re looking for someone who has experience bworking with a small team of skilled writers, setting high editorial standards, and making content successful. /b You should know what good writing looks like, understand why certain content works, and be able to improve it. /p h3What You’ll Work On /h3 ul libContent strategy and editorial direction /b – identify what content we should create, for whom, and why. /li libContent quality and editing /b – review, improve, and refine content to make it clear, engaging, accurate, and valuable. /li libAI-assisted content creation /b – use AI tools and workflows to produce high-quality content efficiently while maintaining strong editorial standards. /li libContent performance /b – track results, understand what makes content successful, and use data to improve it. /li libContent experiments /b – test new ideas, formats, and approaches, learn from failures, and build on what works. /li libCollaboration with marketing and product teams /b – understand our products, customers, and business goals to make sure our content supports them. /li /ul h3What We’re Looking For /h3 ul liYou’ve managed bsmall teams of skilled writers /b and know how to improve and maintain high content quality. /li liYou have bexcellent editing and copywriting skills /b.

You use data to understand what works and what doesn’t. /li liYou have strong editorial intuition built through years of experience.
