pTailorFox – your HR Business Partner – for a multinational company, leader in the medical technology sector, is looking for: /ppReporting to the relevant Management and working closely with international and local stakeholders, the successful candidate will contribute to the development and execution of digital marketing and communication initiatives, supporting brand awareness, engagement and lead generation in an international environment. /ph3Main responsibilities: /h3ulliDevelop and execute digital marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness, engagement and lead generation; /liliManage and update corporate websites through Content Management Systems; /liliDevelop and implement paid social media and other digital advertising campaigns; /liliCollaborate with local media partners to plan and implement advertising and communication activities; /liliMonitor and analyse digital campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement; /liliWork closely with internal stakeholders and international teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of marketing and communication activities. /li /ulh3Requirements: /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field; /lili2-3 years of experience in developing and managing digital marketing campaigns,
with a proven track record of delivering results; /liliHands-on experience with Content Management Systems; /liliExperience in managing paid social media and/or other paid media campaigns; /liliPrevious experience in an international or multinational company is preferred; /liliFluency in Italian and Spanish, with a good command of English; /liliPrevious experience in the medical technology/med-tech sector is considered a plus; /liliKnowledge of Salesforce is considered a plus; /liliFamiliarity with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator is an advantage. /li /ulpThe ideal candidate is characterized by: Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, a proactive and hands-on approach, results orientation and the ability to work effectively in an international and collaborative environment.
