Support the transition of precision metal component designs from prototype development to scalable manufacturing.

Responsibilities
Evaluate DFM, process selection and manufacturing feasibility.
Review mechanical drawings, tolerances and tooling requirements.
Support prototype validation and production ramp-up.
Identify technical risks and manufacturing improvement opportunities.
Qualifications
Experience in industrialization, NPI or manufacturing engineering.
Familiarity with precision metal manufacturing, CNC, MIM and production validation is preferred.
