pTo expand our Back Office Inside Sales Team within the IT System Service Management Solutions department, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive professional who will be responsible for actively supporting sales activities. /ph3Responsibilities: /h3pThe selected candidate will be responsible for managing customer orders, from receipt through processing, supporting delivery activities through the preparation of commercial documentation, entering and updating customer data and all related activities, and establishing continuous collaboration with other teams/departments to ensure the optimal execution of daily business operations. /ph3Requirements: /h3ulliPreferably at least 2 years of experience in a similar role or related fields. /liliFluent knowledge of Italian, German, and English. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong aptitude for interpersonal relationships. /liliStrong motivation for the role, patience, methodical approach, and attention to detail. /liliStrong organizational skills and flexibility to manage a high volume of activities in a dynamic environment while meeting deadlines. /liliGood knowledge of common IT tools, e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, SAP. /liliKnowledge of administrative and legal regulations,
