h3Supplier Quality Assurance Manager /h3 pAs a Supplier Quality Assurance Manager, you are responsible for deploying and ensuring the effective execution of the Supplier Quality Assurance process within your scope, both during new product and process development and throughout the serial production lifecycle (product and process changes). /p pYou ensure the achievement of QCDTE (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Technology, Environment) objectives and contribute to supplier quality risk management to guarantee project success, product compliance in serial production, continuity of operations across manufacturing sites, and customer satisfaction. /p pIn this role, you lead and develop a team of Supplier Quality Leaders (SPQL SMPQL) supporting both project and serial production activities, while being accountable for supplier quality performance across your perimeter. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Team leadership and development /h3 ul liLead a team of 10 Supplier Quality Leaders involved in both project and serial production activities; /li liDevelop team capabilities, support professional growth, strengthen expertise, and promote autonomy while effectively supporting organizational change; /li liDefine individual objectives and manage team performance; /li liFoster and maintain strong, sustainable collaboration among teams by promoting cooperation, accountability, and sound decision-making. /li /ul h3Supplier quality performance management /h3 ul liOwn and ensure the achievement of bQCDTE performance objectives /b for projects and suppliers within your scope; /li liMonitor supplier quality performance indicators, provide regular reporting, and participate in performance review meetings; /li liDefine, implement, and oversee action plans required to achieve performance targets; /li liAssess the robustness of proposed QCDTE scenarios and proactively recommend improvements to secure project commitments.
/li /ul h3Supplier Quality Assurance and Risk Management /h3 ul liEnsure deployment of the Supplier Quality Assurance process from development phases through serial production; /li liParticipate in supplier project reviews and support teams in case of supplier underperformance or critical situations; /li liBe accountable for managing supplier non-conformities and ensuring the implementation of effective corrective actions; /li liIdentify, assess, and manage quality risks that could impact projects, production, customers, or business continuity; /li liParticipate in escalation processes, provide on-site supplier support when necessary, and manage quality crisis situations as required. /li /ul h3Continuous Improvement and Supplier Strategy /h3 ul liContribute to the continuous improvement of Supplier Quality processes, methods, and tools. /li liSupport the enhancement of supplier panel performance and maturity. /li /ul h3Minimum requirements: /h3 ul li10 – 15 years of prior experience in experience in Supplier Quality (projects and/or serial production), industrialization, manufacturing, or project management; /li li3-5 years of team management experience; /li liGood knowledge of Office Suite (Excel...); /li liFluent italian is mandatory; /li liFluent professional English. /li /ul h3Technical skills: /h3 ul liQuality tools and methodologies (APQP, FMEA, Control Plans, Audits, 8D Problem Solving); /li liProject management and new product development processes; /li liProcess capability studies, statistical tools, and risk analysis methodologies; /li liIndustrial challenges related to supplier performance. /li /ul h3Soft Skills: /h3 ul liPeople Management; /li liDecision making; /li liGood communication skills; /li liGoal oriented; /li liStrong analytical skills; /li liProblem solving; /li liLeadership. /li /ul h3Work relationships: /h3 pCollaboration with multiple development centers, manufacturing sites, technical platforms across the Somfy Group and international supplier base. /p pThe position will answer to the Plant Quality Manager. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
