pSales Manager, Italy and Slovenia (Lighting Controls) | Field-based, Italy /ppDo you know who specifies lighting controls on Italian projects, and could you get a respected European brand onto their drawings? /ph3The company /h3pA long-established European manufacturer of intelligent lighting controls, active through partners in more than 50 countries. Its DALI-2, wireless and hybrid systems run offices, hospitals, schools, hotels, museums and data centres, and help buildings meet energy-efficiency targets. /ph3The role /h3pYou will grow the business across Italy and Slovenia. You’ll work with the local partner network and get the brand specified early on projects. The role is field-based and independent, with central product, marketing and technical teams behind you. /ph3What you’ll do /h3ulliSupport and grow existing partners through business reviews, training and joint pursuit of must-win projects /liliBuild a specification strategy with consultants, lighting designers,
architects and major end users /liliGet the solution into projects at concept and design stage /liliRun presentations, technical workshops and CPDs in Italian and English /liliOwn revenue, margin, pipeline and forecast for the region in Salesforce /liliRepresent the brand at events, trade fairs and industry associations /li /ulh3What you’ll bring /h3ulliSales experience in lighting controls, lighting, building automation or smart buildings /liliA track record in new business and in managing partners or channels /liliRelationships with consultants, lighting designers and integrators in Italy /liliTechnical and commercial understanding of lighting control (DALI-2, wireless, IoT a plus) /liliItalian and fluent English /liliDisciplined CRM use and freedom to travel across Italy and Slovenia /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
