pShape the future of hospitality - Join us as bMaintenance Manager (m/f/d) /b in Milan! /p h3How you’ll be hosting with heart: /h3 ul lipYou are an important part of our operations team and are responsible for ensuring that all properties are maintained to a high standard, providing a consistent and superior experience for our guests. /p /li lipConduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and areas for improvement. /p /li lipIndependently perform routine maintenance and repair work across all properties in Milan. /p /li lipSupervise and coordinate with craftsmen and external maintenance companies to ensure timely and quality work. /p /li lipMaintain the technical management of our properties, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are functioning efficiently in collaboration with our property management. /p /li lipMonitor and manage our housekeeping (HSK) ticket system to address maintenance issues promptly. /p /li lipBeyond all you are responsible for the tidiness and security of the properties. /p /li /ul br/ h3What you need to shoot for the stars: /h3 ul lipYou have completed professional training in a technical profession (ie: electrician) or have already gained experience in the hotel or cleaning industry. /p /li lipYou are structured and always put theory into practice. /p /li lipYou are a real all-rounder and are not afraid to take on a wide variety of tasks in a diverse area. /p /li lipYou have an eye for detail, are reliable and have organisational talent. /p /li lipYou have a valid car driving licence and speak Italian and English. /p /li /ul h3We're designed to stay because: /h3 ul lipbHybrid Office Model:
