pWorking at Gerresheimer /p h3Intercompany Order Desk Specialist /h3 pViale Giovanni Falcone 48/A, Italy 43122 Parma PR /p pFull-time /p h3Job Description /h3 pThe resource ensure the end-to-end coordination of intercompany orders across the Moulded Glass network, securing delivery reliability, product availability and efficient replenishment flows between supplying and receiving sites. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage and monitor intercompany orders in SAP, ensuring data accuracy, timely confirmations and adherence to delivery dates. /li liDefine and maintain MRP and replenishment parameters, balancing product availability, inventory levels and costs. /li liCoordinate with Production Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Warehouse and plant teams to manage delays, shortages and supply issues. /li liMonitor operational KPIs, including OTIF, inventory coverage, order backlog and overdue orders, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement.
/li liEnsure data quality, accurate reporting and transparent communication of priorities, risks and supply status. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field. /li liExperience in order management, supply chain or logistics within an international environment. /li liGood knowledge of SAP/ERP and Microsoft Excel; BI and reporting tools are a plus. /li liFluent in written and spoken English and Italian. /li liStrong coordination and communication skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving, accuracy, proactivity, ownership and a customer-oriented mindset. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pGross Annual Salary range: 33.000,00 € - 45.000,00 € /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
