and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. /ph3Job Summary /h3pAs a Transportation Operations professional at JD.com, Inc., you will be instrumental in optimizing and executing our logistics network, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of goods across our vast operations. You will play a key role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction through effective transportation management. /ph3Job Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop, implement, and monitor transportation plans and strategies to optimize delivery routes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency. /liliManage daily transportation operations, including carrier selection, load planning, dispatching, and tracking of shipments. /liliCollaborate with internal teams (e.g., warehousing, supply chain, customer service) to ensure seamless logistics execution and resolve operational issues. /liliAnalyze transportation data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. /liliNegotiate with carriers and logistics providers to secure favorable rates and service agreements. /liliEnsure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations, safety standards, and company policies. /liliUtilize transportation management systems (TMS)
