Site Manager
We're currently supporting a leading contractor on a major Data Centre construction project in Naples and are looking to speak with experienced Site Managers who have a proven background delivering Data Centre projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site activities to ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the required quality standards.
- Manage subcontractors and site personnel across multiple work packages.
- Drive health & safety standards and ensure full compliance with project procedures.
- Monitor site progress against programme milestones and report on performance.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to resolve site issues and maintain project momentum.
- Ensure quality inspections and documentation are completed throughout the construction phase.
Requirements:
- Previous Data Centre construction experience is essential.
- Strong background managing large-scale construction projects.
- Excellent subcontractor and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced project environment and deliver against key deadlines.
