Job Title: Marketing Specialist (Local Italy Marketing)

Job Summary
We are looking for a local Marketing Specialist. This role focuses on hands‑on execution of local marketing activities for Sany machinery business. The ideal candidate has solid experience with trade shows, good language capability, and existing contacts with local industry media.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc.), create localised posts, engage with followers and collect leads.
2. Maintain and update company website, local landing pages and marketing materials (brochures, banners, event assets) .
3. End‑to‑end on‑site execution for trade shows, open days and customer events: booth coordination, local vendor liaison, on‑site support, photo/video capture and post‑event follow‑up.
4. Build and maintain relationships with construction machinery industry media, arrange interviews, press releases and media coverage.
5. Support translation and local adaptation of marketing content to fit local market habits.
6. Track basic marketing performance data (social engagement, event leads, media exposure) and provide regular updates.
Requirements
- Good working English.
- Proven hands‑on marketing experience,
preferably in construction machinery, industrial / B2B sector; existing industry media resources are a strong plus.
- Practical experience organising or supporting B2B trade shows in Italy.
- Familiar with social media operation, basic website content management and graphic brief coordination.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, able to coordinate local suppliers and work independently.
- Willing to travel within Italy for exhibitions and customer events; valid driving licence preferred.
