TNP Italia is looking for Consultants with a combination of project management and data analytics skills, from junior to senior level, to join our growing consulting team in Milan.
You will contribute to business and IT transformation projects across multiple industries, including fashion, automotive, banking, and insurance. Working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams, you will help structure complex business challenges, coordinate project activities, analyze data, monitor performance, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy combining a structured, delivery-oriented approach with analytical problem-solving and business understanding. Depending on your experience, you will progressively take ownership of project workstreams, manage stakeholder relationships, and contribute to the delivery of high-impact consulting engagements.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Project Management & Business Transformation
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution transformation projects.
- Structure project activities, define milestones, monitor progress, and track deliverables against agreed timelines and objectives.
- Coordinate stakeholders across functions and external partners, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Monitor project performance through KPIs, status reports, dashboards, and project management tools.
- Identify risks, issues, dependencies, and improvement opportunities, supporting the definition and implementation of corrective actions.
- Prepare project documentation, management presentations, steering committee materials, and executive updates.
- Contribute to process analysis, operating model improvements, and the definition of roadmaps.
Data Analytics & Performance Management
- Collect, structure, and analyze business and operational data to support decision-making and project delivery.
- Develop and monitor KPIs to assess business performance, operational efficiency, and project outcomes.
- Perform quantitative analyses to identify trends, anomalies, root causes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Translate analytical findings into clear business insights, recommendations, and actionable improvement initiatives.
- Support data-driven decision-making by connecting analytical results with business objectives and operational priorities.
Client Engagement & Consulting Development
- Work closely with clients to understand business needs, structure problems, and develop practical solutions.
- Communicate project progress, analytical findings, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Contribute to proposals, business development initiatives, and the preparation of consulting materials.
- Depending on your level of experience, progressively take ownership of project workstreams, mentor junior colleagues, and support the development of client relationships.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for curious, structured, and proactive professionals who enjoy solving business problems, working with data, and delivering tangible results for clients.
Your background and skills
- Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Management, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional experience in management consulting, project management, PMO, business transformation, data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles. We welcome applications from both junior and experienced candidates.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies, including planning, progress monitoring, risk and issue management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to support business decisions.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools, particularly Power BI or Tableau.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package; experience with SQL and Python is a plus.
- Experience working with KPIs, management reporting, process analysis, or performance improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira,
Microsoft Project, Trello, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Previous consulting experience and exposure to client-facing projects are a plus.
