We are looking for an experienced and motivated Maintenance Control Center Operator to join our team, with focus on the maintenance of Dash Q400 aircraft. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating maintenance operations for the Dash Q400 fleet within the control center, ensuring maximum safety and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate maintenance operations exclusively for Dash Q400 aircraft, ensuring operational continuity and safety;
- Manage maintenance requests, emergencies, and daily activities for Dash Q400 aircraft, communicating promptly with the maintenance team and other departments;
- Record and update maintenance reports specific to Dash Q400 aircraft, ensuring all information is accurate and timely;
- Support the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities exclusively for Dash Q400 aircraft;
- Manage the flow of communications between the control center and the field maintenance team;
- Collaborate with the team to optimize procedures and processes related to the maintenance of Dash Q400 aircraft.
Requirements
- High school diploma (preferably with technical training in aviation, engineering, or similar fields);
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the aviation industry, with exclusive focus on the maintenance of Dash Q400 aircraft;
- Knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance processes specific to Dash Q400 aircraft;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is a plus.
