Saipem Offshore Construction (SOC) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saipem S.p.A.
SOC brings together all operational activities in Italy related to fabrication, technical services, maintenance, and logistics, providing essential support for the execution of offshore construction and offshore wind projects.
Purpose of the position: As Recruiter you will be part of the team of HUB Recruiters supporting overseas legal entities.
How can you support us?
- Support the team of international HUB Recruiters in the execution of recruitment and selection processes, including drafting job descriptions, posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist with conducting interviews and reference checks, as well as participating in the selection decision-making process.
- Maintain and update records and personal data during recruitments phase, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality according to legislative norms.
- Maintaining HR database of candidates and keeping up-to-date Company Approved Tracking System (ATS)
flows on recruiting and selection process.
- Support the team by addressing candidates’ inquiries, escalating complex issues to HR professionals, and maintaining confidentiality in sensitive matters.
What are we looking for?
Education: Bachelor/ master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field with genuine interest in a career in HR
Background: coursework, previous internship experience, or relevant HR-related activities
Languages: English (B2). Knowledge of French language is considered a plus.
Technical/IT Knowledge:
- Pronounced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally and tactfully with candidates and Managers (all levels) of the organization.
- Effective organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in administrative tasks.
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office Suite, other HR software experience is a plus.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality, establish team-effort approach with colleagues.
