Johnson & Johnson seeks a Customer Engagement Partner to build relationships with healthcare professionals in immunology, deliver disease education, and support strategic activation across southern Italy. The role reports to the Product Manager and combines customer management with cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with national and regional healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders
Deliver structured, high-value customer interactions aligned with needs and portfolio priorities
Support consistent use and adaptation of approved disease education materials and reinforce key messages
Support identification and engagement of healthcare professionals for educational initiatives and programs




Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales teams to ensure coordinated customer engagement approach
Requirements
University degree in a scientific discipline
1–3 years pharmaceutical industry experience (field, marketing, or related)
Fluency in English and Italian
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into action
Understanding of pharmaceutical compliance frameworks
Compensation:
€41,400–€65,665 base
