Your mission at Epassi Epassi is wellbeing that works. Our mission is to be Europe’s leading digital employee-benefits platform: one mobile app that brings all benefits together,
recognised by the Financial Times as one of Europe’s fastest-growing companies. We have ambitious growth plans in Italy and we need a product leader and strategist to fuel them. As Head of Product, Italy, you own the Italian product strategy and lead the local product team. Your remit is our 3 sided marketplace in Italy, with our products for employers, consumer-grade products for employees and growth enablers for our merchant network & partners. You report to the Chief Product Officer, you are one of the Product Heads across Epassi’s markets, and you sit on the Italy management team. You partner with your engineering counterpart and our global technology teams to ship and grow our Italian market. Your Responsibilities Will Be The role has four focus areas, and we expect you to work in a data-driven and AI-native way across all of them. Product Strategy & Vision
* Define and own the product strategy for Italy, based on data, inputs from the country team and explain it clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders.
* Drive new ideas, business models and product segments. Use experiments, user research and industry insights to keep our products different and competitive.
* Agree long-term initiatives with leaders in the global Product area, so the Italy roadmap supports company goals. Product Execution
* Be hands-on with ideation, development, launch and iterations. Deliver on time and to a high standard.
Turn features into measurable product-led growth.
* Scale our new platform in Italy and further improve our three-sided marketplace with Benefit products for employers, employees and merchants
* Build and improve processes for fast, high-quality decisions. Remove blockers and keep cross-functional work efficient. Organizational Leadership
* Build, mentor and manage a small team of Product Managers (and other individual contributors if needed). Give clear feedback and growth opportunities.
* Build strong partnerships with Engineering, Marketing, Legal, Sales, Business Development and other teams.
* Share product vision, progress and priorities with senior leaders, and secure their buy-in for key decisions as part of the Italy management team.
* Represent the product and the company with partners and at industry events, adapting your message to the audience: detail for technical teams, executive summaries for senior leaders. Technical Complexity & Collaboration
* Work with your engineering counterpart on technical trade-offs. Influence architecture decisions and shape long-term technology strategy.
