Business Development Manager We are looking forward to inserting an important figure to Fisiopharma's team of Business Development and Strategy. This role will be directly reporting to our BD Director and be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships and marketing initiatives, while providing support also to project management activities. Principal responsiblities Business Development:
* Scouting of new customers and business opportunities;
* Perform new projects technical evaluation and feasibility assessment;
* Preparation of Technology Transfer, Service and Commercial Proposals, coordinating with internal departments;
* Issue of CDAs, Term Sheets, Service and Supply Agreements;
* Represent the companies in international exhibitions and congresses;
* Management of new customers until product launch;
* Support CCO in budget preparation. Customers management:
* Management of customers ensuring and monitoring customer satisfaction;
* Revision of commercial proposals and related discussion/negotiation;
* Customer relationship development and evaluation of new business opportunities with existing customers. Project Management:
* Project Management for CDMO projects (Technology Transfer and new Development) being SPOC with customers for all projects aspects;
* Coordinate internally project activities being PM of multidisciplinary teams, setting up and leading projects meetings and issuing Project Plans;
* Monitor constantly respect of timelines and costs. Communication and marketing:
* Actively promote the company through different channels;
* Support communication activities related to website, company presentation of other types of communication. Qualifications required
* 7 year+ experience in CDMO Farma industry or Medical Device or Food Supplement industry and 5 year+ in Business Development and Commercial roles;
* Degree in chemistry, biology, biotechnology or similar;
* Proven experience in the management of international customers;
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
* Proficient use of English (B2 and above);
* Able to travel frequently;
* Project Management skills is preferrable.
Location:
Milan Salary range: 50,000 €
- 60,000 € (CCNL Chimico Farmaceutico)
