Our technology starts with you.YOUR ROLEWe are looking for a motivated Laboratory Technician to support activities in sample preparation, morphological characterization, and electron microscopy analysis. He/She will work on alternating morning and afternoon shifts, with working hours from 06:00 to 14:00 for one week and from 13:30 to 21:30 for the following week, Monday to Friday.The selected candidate will work in a high-tech laboratory environment supporting both development and production activities, with the opportunity to be trained on sample preparation equipment and analysis tools.Main ResponsibilitiesPrepare samples for SEM and TEM analysisSupport characterization activities using optical and electron microscopyOperate laboratory equipment for sample preparation and analysisContribute to characterization method developmentCollect, organize,
and analyze technical dataSupport problem-solving and failure analysis activitiesCollaborate with internal technical teams and manufacturing sitesYOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCESTechnical diploma or Bachelor's degreeInterest in materials science, microscopy, and laboratory workPrecision, reliability, and strong attention to detailMotivation to learn and grow in a technical environmentTeamwork and communication skillsNo previous experience requiredSuitable for new graduatesBasic technical English is preferredThe expected salary range for this position is €29,000 – €36,000 gross annual salary (RAL).In accordance with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and applicable Italian legislation, this compensation range has been determined based on objective, gender-neutral criteria, including job responsibilities, required skills, relevant experience, qualifications, and market benchmarks. Placement within the range will depend on the candidate's profile and demonstrated competencies.
