ppAs a Software Product Owner, you will drive the evolution of our EV charging software solutions, acting as the link between business needs, customer requirements, regulatory frameworks, and development teams to deliver high-quality and innovative products. /p h3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liDefine and manage the software roadmap for our charging solutions, translating business, customer, and regulatory requirements into clear development priorities /li liOwn and prioritize the product backlog for charger software modules, ensuring the right balance between product maturity, development capacity, customer value, and business impact /li liCollaborate closely with Product Management, System Architects, Hardware Engineers, Software Developers, and external stakeholders to transform requirements into user stories, specifications, and actionable development tasks /li liSupport Agile development processes through backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and continuous alignment with development teams /li liEnsure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, including OCPP, ISO 15118, IEC 61851, metrology, and cybersecurity requirements /li liCoordinate software releases and OTA rollout strategies, ensuring effective communication, documentation, validation, and certification activities /li liAnalyse customer feedback, field data, and market trends to continuously improve product performance and identify new opportunities within the e-mobility ecosystem /li /ul h3YOUR QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS /h3 ul liDegree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field /li liProven experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role for complex software products, ideally in embedded systems, IoT, energy,
or e-mobility environments /li liStrong understanding of Agile development methodologies and product backlog management /li liAbility to understand and translate technical requirements related to embedded software, networking protocols, and cloud-based architectures /li liKnowledge of EV charging technologies and standards such as OCPP, ISO 15118, and IEC 61851 is considered a strong advantage /li liExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to interact effectively across multidisciplinary teams and external partners /li liStrong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills /li liStructured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style /li liAbility to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a strategic product perspective /li liFluent in English as well as German and/or Italian /li /ul h3OUR COMMITMENT /h3 ul liInnovative work environment in a young, dynamic team /li liHigh-tech projects in the future-proof sector of e-mobility /li liOpportunities for advancement in a growing company /li liA wide range of further training opportunities /li liTotal compensation starting from € 64,000 gross per year, including a 30% variable premio based on goal achievement /li liAdditional company benefits /li /ul pThe compensation indicated represents the total compensation for this role.
