Overview
In this role you will lead the end-to-end development of tooling-based termination machines for high-volume wire harness production. You'll guide cross?functional teams to translate customer needs into robust, manufacturable solutions that meet quality, cost, and lead-time targets. You'll apply risk assessment and on-site support to ensure safe and reliable designs, while driving innovation and supplier collaboration. This is a hands?on, impact?focused engineering position at a global technology leader with a strong manufacturing footprint.
