Reporting to the Pastry Chef, you will assist with the daily preparation of desserts, baked goods, and pastry items in a demanding luxury setting. You'll help with mise en place, ensure quality and presentation, maintain HACCP compliance, keep a tidy workstation, and support stock rotation.
