From urban planning to residential and mixed‑use developments, from corporate campuses to public buildings and hotels, each ACPV ARCHITECTS project embodies a new vision where nature and the noblest human aspirations can find new centrality. /p h3Position /h3 pbJunior Operation Specialist /b supports the operational management of projects and internal workflows, working closely with Partners and Director to ensure that resources, processes, and timelines are effectively coordinated. This role is suited to a motivated professional eager to grow within a complex, international design environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the creation of project teams and the allocation of resources across tasks, under the guidance of senior management. /li liAssist in planning, reviewing, and monitoring project budgets, tracking variations and supporting reporting activities. /li liContribute to the analysis of design processes, including timelines, deadlines, issues, and solutions. /li liHelp identify operational inefficiencies or critical issues, reporting them to senior stakeholders. /li liSupport the implementation of new processes and software tools aimed at improving workflow efficiency and coordination.
/li liAssist in monitoring the overall production workflow, ensuring consistency and adherence to studio standards. /li liCollaborate with HR and financial administration to support alignment between resources, competencies, and project needs. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Management Engineering. /li li1–3 years of experience in operations support, project coordination, or similar roles within architecture, engineering, creative, or design studios. /li liBasic understanding of project workflows, budgeting principles, and resource planning. /li liFamiliarity with common digital tools for planning, reporting, and coordination (advanced expertise not required). /li liGood knowledge of Italian and English. /li /ul h3Soft Skills /h3 ul liStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. /li liWillingness to learn and grow in a structured, international environment. /li liGood communication skills and collaborative attitude. /li liProactive, reliable, and solution‑oriented mindset. /li /ul h3Other Information /h3 pFreelance collaboration (Partita IVA required) /p h3EEO Statement /h3 pACPV is committed to create a better working environment supporting workforce diversity.
