We are looking for a motivated and reliable Breakfast Cook / Breakfast Preparation Staff Member to join our hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and organize the daily breakfast service, including sweet and savory options.
* Prepare freshly cooked breakfast dishes and manage the breakfast buffet.
* Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
* Monitor food storage and comply with food safety regulations (HACCP).
* Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and preparation areas.
* Collaborate with the restaurant and service team to ensure an efficient and enjoyable guest experience. Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
* Ability to independently organize and manage breakfast preparation.
* Knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures.
* Strong organizational skills, reliability, and punctuality.
* Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team. Working Conditions & Benefits

Working hours
6:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
* Working days: 6 days per week, with one fixed day off each week.
*
Salary:
€1,300 net per month.
* Additional
benefits:
Severance pay (TFR), paid annual leave, accrued paid time off (ROL), 13th-month and 14th-month salary payments are provided separately from the stated net monthly salary, in accordance with the applicable employment contract.
* Meals and accommodation may be available, subject to agreement during the interview.
