If you speak Italian and want a role that mixes flexibility, modern tools and real customer interaction, this one's for you.
You'll support a global brand from the comfort of your home in Greece, helping customers with product questions, troubleshooting, replacements and general guidance across multiple channels.
What you'll do Handle customer interactions via email, live chat, social media and outbound calls Become a product specialist and help users with troubleshooting, replacements and usage questions Perform age verification when needed Make outbound calls to register product consumption and boost engagement Work with a full ecosystem of internal tools (BMS, Zimbra, Teams, Infinity, Zendesk and more) Support customers who purchased innovative products and need guidance or updates What we're looking for Italian C1 or native English B2 for training and internal communication Strong written communication — clear, concise,
