Johnson & Johnson seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the deployment, support, and adoption of Signavio process management software across a global business transformation initiative. The hybrid role combines technical delivery, vendor management, process governance, and change management to drive organizational process excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end Signavio deployment including configuration, integrations, testing, and post-go-live support
Own production stability and day-to-day support model with incident management and SLA tracking
Design platform governance, roles, and lifecycle processes in partnership with process owners and IT teams
Configure integrations with core systems and manage vendor relationship with Signavio
Develop training programs, adoption materials,
and user enablement resources; supervise support teams
Requirements
8+ years relevant work experience; 5+ years leading SaaS deployment and support programs
Hands-on experience with Signavio or comparable business process management tools
Strong technical knowledge of APIs, integrations, identity/access controls, and enterprise architecture
Expertise in IT service management practices including incident and change management
Proven ability to design governance frameworks and lead cross-functional stakeholder engagement
Bachelor's degree or equivalent strongly preferred
