In this role, you will help create exceptional dining experiences by preparing high-quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner,
while upholding the highest standards of excellence that define Four Seasons. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liPrepare and present high-quality food items for breakfast, lunch, and dinner according to recipes and standards. /li liSet up and maintain assigned kitchen stations, ensuring readiness for service. /li liOperate and clean kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. /li liMonitor food quality, stock levels, and proper storage procedures, including rotation and labeling. /li liMinimize food waste and support cost-control initiatives. /li liAssist with food preparation, kitchen setup, and cleaning activities across different kitchen areas as needed. /li /ul h3What you bring /h3 ul liPrevious culinary experience or experience in a similar role /li liGood knowledge of kitchen equipment operation, maintenance, and cleaning procedures. /li liProficient knife skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. /li liGood understanding of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. /li liFluency in Italian, both written and spoken.
