h3We're looking for an outstanding Multimedia Specialist (short-term freelance contract) /h3 pThis person will be focused on creating assets for Internal Communications, elevating Keywords Studios staff experience by focusing on both graphic design and video editing. The candidate will drive visual excellence through the connection of trend, design, and communications across multimedia products. /p pYou will use your skills to build original graphics and videos that accurately reflect the One Keywords ethos. Creating graphics and videos that are industry compelling, trend right, and consistently incorporate Keywords Studios values through powerful storytelling and emotional connectivity. /p pFrom crafting graphic designs to finalizing videos, from working with more than 70 studios around the world and the Communications and Engagement team, the daily responsibilities of this role are wide ranging, challenging, and rewarding, a true Power of Partnership. /p pThe ideal candidate needs to be a hardworking, versatile, and highly creative problem solver, who doesn't settle for anything less than the best visual solutions. You are here to Raise the Game! /p pRequirements /p pSkills Experience Required /p pThe ideal candidate for this role has 4+ years of relevant design experience in graphic design video editing, corporate or a closely related industry involving content creation - or a master's degree and 2+ years of meaningful design experience. /p pTechnical Skills /p ul liAdvanced proficiency in video editing and motion graphics (Premiere Pro, After Effects), alongside strong skills in standard design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva) /li liHighly proficient in all aspects of video and graphic production, with a deep understanding of video editing, pacing, and audio, as well as illustration, typography, and colour theory /li liAbility to develop compelling video concepts and graphic designs,
constantly exploring new innovations and applications in multimedia /li liExtensive knowledge of current and emerging trends in video content, motion design, and visual communication /li liAbility to translate corporate insights into thoughtful narratives through dynamic video and graphic storytelling /liliCreativity and a strong understanding of technicalvideo and design processes to execute a brief from concept to final render /li liStrong visual presentation skills; able to effectively pitch and communicate the intent of video and design projects to our internal audience /li liFamiliar and confident working in a Google Workspace environment (+1000 points for strong Google Slides management/design skills) /li liDemonstrated ability to manage multiple production timelines and projects at once /li liHigh level of curiosity and ability to adapt to change and pivot when need be /li liFluent in English /li /ul pBehavioural Skills /p ul liTeam player /li liIntegrity, honesty, confidentiality and builds trust with others /li liPositive and can-do attitude /li liFlexibility /li liExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills /li liExcellent project management skills /li liExcellent organizational skills /li liExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. /li liExcellent Problem-solving skills /li /ul pBenefits /p ul liPartnering with us means collaborating with an international team of game-dev experts!
