You will be part of an international environment operating within the bInfrastructure, Storage Backup /b domain, working closely with specialized technical teams and supporting operational monitoring, coordination, reporting, and service governance activities. This role is particularly suitable for professionals with a technical IT background who are interested in gradually expanding their organizational and coordination skills while maintaining a strong connection with the world of technology infrastructures. Your key responsibilities will include: /p ul liMonitoring the progress of operational and project-related activities /li liSupporting the management of requests and operational processes /li liAssisting with the preparation of reports, dashboards, and documentation /li liInteracting with national and international technical teams /li liSupporting the monitoring of KPIs, SLAs,
and service performance indicators /li liContributing to governance and process control activities /li liSupporting the management of infrastructure-related information and technical documentation /li liContributing to the continuous improvement of operational activities /li /ul h3RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liSupport the coordination of activities within the Infrastructure, Storage Backup area /li liCollaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to monitor ongoing activities /li liEnsure the proper progress and follow-up of operational requests /li liPrepare reports and documentation to support technical teams /li liMonitor KPIs, SLAs, and key service performance metrics /li liSupport process analysis and continuous improvement initiatives /li liEnsure the accuracy and quality of managed information /li liCollaborate with different business functions within structured and international environments /li /ul h3REQUIREMENTS /h3 ul liAt least 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, Service Management, or similar roles /li liGeneral knowledge of Windows and/or Linux environments /li liFamiliarity with IT infrastructures, Enterprise services, or complex technology environments /li liGood knowledge of Microsoft Excel /li liStrong analytical, monitoring, and activity management skills /li liExcellent organizational and interpersonal skills /li liInterest in IT infrastructure and technology services /li liGood command of the English language /li /ul h3NICE TO HAVE /h3 ul liExperience with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or Enterprise environments /li liFamiliarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing platforms /li liKnowledge of ITIL processes or Service Management frameworks /li liExperience with reporting activities and KPI monitoring /li liFamiliarity with Storage, Backup, and Data Protection concepts /li liITIL certifications or Service Management training /li liExperience in operational coordination or service governance activities /li /ul h3WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3 pWe are looking for a bright, curious, and proactive professional with a solid technical foundation and a strong collaborative mindset.
