Join our team and help us make an even bigger contribution to Grünenthal’s future. /p h3What the job looks like /h3 pEach day you’ll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as: /p ul liDevelop and maintain production schedules, balancing capacity, operational constraints and business priorities /li liCoordinate production activities across multiple products to ensure efficient workflow execution /li liPlan and prioritize manufacturing operations to maximize performance and minimize delays /li liEnsure adequate resources, equipment and production capacity are available to meet demand /li liMonitor production performance and proactively resolve planning or manufacturing issues /li liPartner with Supply Network Planning to balance supply and demand while managing risks and opportunities /li liContribute to SOP and IBP processes through accurate production planning insights /li liManage production changes, vulnerability reporting and planning-related compliance activities /li liSupport product lifecycle activities, including phase-in and phase-out planning /li liDrive continuous improvement of planning processes, standards, tools and ways of working /li /ul h3What you’ll bring to the table /h3 pTo make the most of this role and truly thrive,
you should have: /p ul liA Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Supply Chain or Engineering or scientific domain /li liA previous experience in manufacturing, scheduling, material planning or supply planning within the pharmaceutical, medical or FMCG sectors /li liA strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production planning /li liBusiness fluency in English /li liAdvanced experience with SAP MM, PP, APO or SNP /li liExcellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint /li liExperience with BI or Qlik, process management tools, planning systems, data mining and reporting /li liAn MBA or relevant Supply Chain certifications, such as APICS or IBF, would be considered an advantage /li /ul pOur pay ranges are based on an objective, gender-neutral job evaluation system. The final salary offered is determined based on factors like, but not limited to, relevant education, skills, experience, certifications, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
