You will taking charge of the maintenance, design, and development of complex software systems that power global maritime logistics. Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the maintenance, design, and development of complex computer software for a global ocean carrier. Design software from requirements, applying industry-leading development practices to ensure high-quality delivery.
Participate in technical discussions, take full ownership of software components from initial design to final delivery, and provide expert debugging skills. Key Requirements Expert knowledge of C# and .
NET Framework (including WPF, WinForms, Serialization, Reflection, Security, ADO.
NET, multi-threading, and Entity Framework). 3+ years of application development experience with a strong focus on business process optimization. Very strong SQL Server skills, including stored procedures, user-defined functions, tables, indexes and views. Strong understanding of CS fundamentals with proven problem-solving and quantitative analytical skills. Ability to implement and continually improve efficiencies within the product development process. Direct experience with designing, developing, and implementing EDI solutions. Bachelor’s Degree or IT-related certification. A Master’s degree in Computer Science is a significant plus. Fluent in English. Nice to have Experience with XML and managing electronic exchange solutions. Hands-on experience with C++ programming. Experience with Web Services, REST API, or JSON. Familiarity with Agile methodology and Azure DevOps. Experience in Cloud-Native development. Ability to interact with and analyze logging platforms.
