ppOur client is a major multinational company specializing in the distribution of medical supplies.
In order to strengthen the internal staff, he commissioned us to search for a Customer Service Specialist.
/ppUnder the guidance and directions of the Customer Service Manager the role holder is responsible for accurately undertaking a range of general duties.
/ph3RESPONSABILITIES: /h3ulliPick up costumer incoming calls /liliCustomer Service and Orders (NSO) mail activities /liliData entry within a business management system /liliBack office /liliPick up costumer incoming calls /liliDelivery notes /li /ulh3REQUIREMENTS: /h3ulliHigh school diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field /liliPrevious experience in a customer service role is preferred.
/liliThe ability to respond appropriately under pressure.
/liliSound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills.
/liliA positive attitude and the ability to build relationships with clients.
/liliSAP knowledge may be advantageous.
/liliEnglish: advanced level, preferably fluent spoken and written /li /ulpThe position will be offered on a permanent basis.
Gross annual salary of €33,000 + €10 meal voucher.
Tempo pieno, starting between 8 and 9 am.
The workplace can be reached by subway.
No Smart working is considered.
