Description
BCIC Swiss GmbH | Best Connect International Company is looking for a (Tempo pieno |On-site) "IT Support Specialist" in Italy.
Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd level onsite IT support to end users
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
Install, configure, and support Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications
Support business applications and IT-related user issues
Configure and troubleshoot printers, peripherals, laptops, and desktops
Perform preventive maintenance and basic remedial troubleshooting
Maintain accurate ticket documentation and provide timely status updates
Coordinate with internal teams and third-party vendors when required
Support network, server, telecom, and other IT environments as needed
Requirements
Several years of experience in IT user support or service desk environments
Strong knowledge of IT hardware, software, and troubleshooting
