Recognized as a Best Place to Work and one of Deloitte's fastest-growing companies for the past 5 years, we're here to raise the standard for what cloud security and workplace culture should be. /p pIf you have the passion to dig deeper, the desire to challenge convention, and the curiosity to build something better, Sysdig is the right place for you. /p h3What you will do /h3 ul liReporting to the Manager of Engineering, you will design, build and operate the identity and account services — authentication, authorization and user/team directory — that every other Sysdig engineering team depends on /li liBuild scalable, highly available, distributed and performant platform services used by multiple engineering teams /li liBuild and maintain the cross-product capabilities the team owns, including automations, analytics system and ticketing integration /li liOwn and evolve the best-in-class onboarding experience for connecting cloud provider accounts (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI), working closely with Product, Frontend, Design, and QE. /li liParticipate in an on-call rotation to address any urgent issues /li /ul h3What you will bring with you /h3 ul li5+ years of professional working experience as a Software Engineer designing and shipping distributed, highly available services.
/li liStrong proficiency in Go or Java and hands-on experience with Postgres or another relational database and messaging system (such as NATS). /li liExperience with AI coding agents (Claude or others) and a proactive approach to learning how to leverage them to improve workflows. /li /ul h3What we look for /h3 ul liAbility to move between high-priority projects and tasks in a distributed, remote-first team. /li liExperience with SaaS applications and delivering large software projects end-to-end /li liFamiliarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) integration is a plus. /li /ul h3When you join Sysdig, you can expect /h3 ul liExtra days off to prioritize your well-being /li liMental health support for you and your family through the Modern Health app /li liGreat compensation package /li /ul pThe annual compensation range for this full-time position is between €54,000 and €68,000.
