With over a century of heritage, Baker Hughes partners with customers in oil and gas, industrial sectors, and emerging energy markets to accelerate progress toward a more sustainable energy future. /ph3Partner with the best /h3pAs a Supplier Performance Control Engineer within the Global Supplier Execution organization, you will support operational execution and performance visibility across assigned supply chain activities and supplier portfolios. /ppYou will work closely with Procurement Supplier Execution Leaders, Supplier Fulfillment Managers (SFM), Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Project teams to monitor operational performance, identify risks, and support actions that drive material delivery performance and customer delivery commitments. /ppThrough data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration, you will contribute to execution excellence by supporting prioritisation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain. /ph3Fuel your passion /h3pAs a Supplier Performance Control Engineer, you will be responsible for: /pulliSupporting Weekly Execution Reviews, contributing to the identification of risks, performance gaps, and recovery actions. /liliMonitoring operational and supplier performance KPIs,
identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. /liliCollecting, consolidating, and analyzing operational data to support execution prioritisation and delivery performance. /liliProviding visibility on supplier constraints, material shortages, delivery performance, and mitigation actions, while driving follow-up and escalation activities for critical issues. /liliPartnering with Procurement Supplier Execution Leaders, Supplier Fulfillment Managers (SFM), Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Project Management teams to identify risks, drive recovery actions, and improve execution performance. /li /ulh3To be successful in this role, you will: /h3ulliBachelor's degree in industrial engineering, supply chain, operations, or a related field. /liliRelevant academic projects, internships, or initial professional experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, engineering, or quality environments. /liliStrong analytical mindset and confidence working with data to support operational decisions. /liliAbility to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and contribute to problem-solving activities. /liliAbility to work effectively within cross-functional and international teams. /liliFluent English and Italian. /liliEagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic industrial environment. /liliStrong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and continuous improvement mindset.
