We are seeking a commercially minded individual with technical expertise to join our Sales Team. This role focuses on business development for the industrial dosing systems of GS Italia (a Multivac Group Company), with a primary emphasis on the food industry and the Group's global subsidiaries.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accelerating GS Italia’s business growth by generating new sales opportunities, managing part of the international network, and closing sales agreements with Group companies and global partners. The candidate will directly report to the Sales Director. Your work place will be in Marnate (VA) - Italy
Key Responsibilities International business development in the industrial dosing systems sector
Managing and expanding the network of global subsidiaries
Analyzing customer technical requirements and proposing the most suitable GS Italia solution
Negotiating and closing orders,
with direct responsibility for sales results
Visiting customers and traveling internationally to provide technical-commercial support
Monitoring the market, competitors, and new development opportunities
Technically, basic to advanced mechanical knowledge is required (experience in industrial settings is preferred), along with the ability to understand food industry production processes
A strong sales mindset focused on closing deals is essential, as are relationship‑building skills, the ability to manage international stakeholders, autonomy, organizational skills, and proactivity. Excellent English communication skills and availability for worldwide travel are required.
