About the Role
As a Junior Community Manager, you will implement engaging social media and communication campaigns that align with broader brand strategies. Working alongside an amazing team in Milan for best-in-class clients, you will cultivate online communities and help create impactful, culturally relevant work. We are looking for someone fast, flexible, and eager to jump on new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Manage online communities and curate user-generated content natively and through management platforms like Sprinklr.
Schedule posts and use social listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Brandwatch) to monitor brand sentiment and emerging trends.
Perform data analysis to track campaign KPIs and support the team in maintaining high creative quality.
Create and execute multi-channel editorial plans across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in social media marketing.
Proactively bring fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.
About You
The essentials:
1+ years of experience in advertising or agency environments as a Social Media Manager or Community Manager.
Professional fluency in both English and Italian.
Strong creative mindset with a genuine curiosity for social media trends and creative platforms.
Proactive approach to problem-solving, supported by a collaborative team environment.
Comfort working both independently and collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
Not a must, but a plus:
Familiarity with advanced analytics or social listening suites beyond standard native platform insights.

The salary for this role is up to €15,000 annually.
