Role Description The Holistic Practitioner will provide client-centered wellness services that may include holistic health consultations, lifestyle and nutrition guidance, stress management techniques, and mind-body support tailored to each client's needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on‐one sessions, maintaining accurate and confidential client records, and developing individualized wellness plans in alignment with BloomHerTM's holistic care philosophy. The practitioner will collaborate with other team members, contribute to educational materials or group workshops, and participate in ongoing training or professional development. This is a full‐time hybrid role based in Florence, with a combination of in‐person client work and designated work‐from‐home time for documentation, follow‐up, and virtual sessions.
The role also involves clear communication with clients, ethical practice, and active engagement in creating a safe, inclusive environment. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in holistic, integrative, or complementary health practices (e.g., nutrition coaching, herbal support, mindfulness, bodywork, or similar disciplines). Strong client communication and counseling skills, with the ability to listen actively, provide clear guidance, and build trusting, non‐judgemental relationships. Ability to develop and adjust individualized wellness plans, incorporating lifestyle, stress management, and self‐care strategies in a structured and practical way. Comfort with maintaining accurate documentation, using digital tools for scheduling and recordkeeping, and managing hybrid (in‐person and virtual) client interactions. Commitment to inclusive, gender‐neutral, and non‐discriminatory care, with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds, identities, and health experiences. Relevant certification, licensure, or formal training in a holistic health discipline; additional training in women's health or integrative medicine is a strong plus. Ability to work tempo pieno in Florence in a hybrid model, demonstrating reliability, professional boundaries, and collaborative teamwork. Interest in ongoing learning, participation in team education initiatives, and contributing to BloomHerTM's mission of reimagining holistic women's health.
