We are looking for a motivated and reliable Breakfast Cook / Breakfast Preparation Staff Member to join our hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and organize the daily breakfast service, including sweet and savory options.
Prepare freshly cooked breakfast dishes and manage the breakfast buffet.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Monitor food storage and comply with food safety regulations (HACCP).
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and preparation areas.
Collaborate with the restaurant and service team to ensure an efficient and enjoyable guest experience.
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Ability to independently organize and manage breakfast preparation.
Knowledge of food hygiene and safety procedures.
Strong organizational skills, reliability, and punctuality.
Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
Working Conditions & Benefits
Working hours: 6:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Working days: 6 days per week, with one fixed day off each week.
Salary: €1,300 net per month.
Additional benefits: Severance pay (TFR), paid annual leave, accrued paid time off (ROL), 13th-month and 14th-month salary payments are provided separately from the stated net monthly salary, in accordance with the applicable employment contract.
Meals and accommodation may be available, subject to agreement during the interview.
