TNP is looking for a Data Analyst / Data Scientist with 2–3 years of experience to join our consulting team in Milan.
You will contribute to data-driven transformation projects across multiple industries, including fashion, automotive, banking, and insurance. Combining analytical expertise with business understanding, you will help clients turn complex data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making and business performance.
You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of TNP Italia, helping grow our business and strengthen our presence in the Italian market.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Consulting & Data Analytics
You will work alongside experienced consultants on client projects, contributing to analytical activities and data-driven solutions.
- Collect, clean, structure, and validate datasets from multiple sources.
- Develop Python scripts and SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze data.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities.
- Build and apply analytical models, including descriptive, diagnostic, and basic predictive models.
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Translate analytical results into clear business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Support the preparation of client presentations, project deliverables, and steering committee materials.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for a curious, analytical, and proactive professional who enjoys working with data and translating technical findings into business value.
Your background and skills
- Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Intelligence, consulting, or similar roles.
- Experience with data visualization and BI tools, such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning, or cloud-based data platforms.
- Good knowledge of Python, particularly libraries such as pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and scikit-learn is a plus
- Good knowledge of SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude, intellectual curiosity, and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
- Ability to work collaboratively while progressively developing autonomy.
- Interest in consulting, business transformation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Fluency in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Annual gross salary (RAL): €30,000–€45,000, depending on experience and skills.
