Travel Designer, Parma (on-site, full-time) VIT 4 Travel is a B2B Destination Management Company founded in 1996. For nearly 30 years we have designed tailor-made journeys across Italy, France, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands and Portugal for luxury travel advisors around the world. We work in the premium and luxury segments and are a preferred partner of leading travel networks, including Signature Travel Network, Global Travel Collection, Serandipians and more We are looking for an experienced Travel Designer to join our team in Parma. What you’ll do
• Understand each advisor’s brief and their clients’ expectations, and turn them into the right itinerary and services
• Build each trip end to end: hotels, experiences, transfers, guides and every detail in between
• Prepare quotes and travel documents
• Follow clients while they travel and solve problems quickly when they come up What we’re looking for
• At least 2 years of experience in a DMC, tour operator or travel agency,
ideally in the luxury segment
• Fluent English, written and spoken. Other languages are a plus
• A degree or studies in tourism, hospitality, languages or a related field
• A strong client focus and a practical approach to problem solving
• The ability to work in a team and stay calm under pressure
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• A real passion for travel
• Eligibility to work in Italy, and residence in or willingness to relocate to the Parma area
