* Handle and support Sales Executives’ requests while resolving customer issues efficiently
* Ensure all processes align with pricing guidelines, company policies, and regulations
* Verify sales information on every interaction to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Manage and resolve first-level sales escalations
* Follow up daily on unresolved cases until full resolution
* Deliver professional and high-quality support to external customers
* Create a positive,
customer-friendly experience through effective communication
* Provide timely, accurate assistance while maintaining integrity and adherence to SOPs What We’re Looking For
* Fluent in Mandarin and good command of English
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
* Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
* Customer-first mindset with a professional attitude
* Prior experience in customer support or sales support is a plus (not mandatory)
