We are looking for bright, talented, and motivated professionals to join the Financial Services Team as Senior Researchers of a leading institution.
The ideal candidates will have a solid background in the financial services talent acquisition landscape, with relevant experience across key sectors, particularly insurance, banking, and private markets.
Among the core activities:
- We look for a professionals who will support Partners in the execution of executive search assignments (not origination but top notch execution)
- S/he will conduct industry and market mapping exercises to identify senior executive talent.
- Develop target company lists and candidate pipelines using multiple research methodologies.
- Perform candidate assessment through structured interviews and competency-based evaluation.
- Prepare client materials, market insights and candidate reports.
- Manage search processes end-to-end, coordinating with clients, candidates and internal teams.
- Contribute to business development activities through market intelligence and industry insights.
Ideal Profile:
- Approximately 4–5 years of professional experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent understanding of Financial Services industry and its competitive dynamics.
- Experience working in demanding, high-performance talent acquisition teams.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Intellectual curiosity, sound judgement and high professional integrity.
- Ability to engage credibly with senior executives and C-level stakeholders.
- Strong project management, organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English both spoken and written is a must plus any additional European languages are considered an advantage.
