SDA Bocconi School of Management is seeking a Business Development Manager to contribute the development of its Executive Education and Corporate Solutions portfolio.The ideal candidate will own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from opportunity identification to deal closure, demonstrating a strong commercial mindset, building long-term relationships with corporate partners, acquiring new clients, and contributing to the continuous innovation of the School’s offering.Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities into long-term client partnerships- Design tailored learning solutions and develop high-quality proposals and presentations- Build and manage relationships with senior corporate stakeholders- Drive revenue generation, negotiating and closing complex deals- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Faculty, Marketing, Program Offices) to deliver impactful solutions- Ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnershipsQualifications & Requirements- 8+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or B2B services- Strong experience in proposal writing and complex solution structuring- Solid understanding of business and organizational dynamics- Strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities,
