Job Description
Teach farmers modern farming methods to improve crop and livestock production
• Give advice on soil management, pest control, fertilizer use, and planting seasons
• Connect farmers to improved seeds, farm inputs, credit facilities, and markets
• Show farmers how to use new tools, equipment, and farming techniques
• Visit farms regularly to monitor progress, identify problems, and give solutions
• Arrange training sessions, demonstrations, and farmer group meetings
• Gather information on farm activities, yields, and challenges for the organization
• Help farmers understand and participate in agricultural policies and projects
