12-Month Luxury Hospitality Management Path
Collegio alla Querce, Auberge Collection offers a 12-month on-property Management Development Program (MDP) with two phases: Service & Department Knowledge, and Management Essentials and Leadership. The program includes rotations across Food & Beverage, Culinary and Rooms, with placement into a management or assistant management role upon completion.
