Pillar Srl in Milan is seeking a hands-on CRM & Marketing Automation lead with deep HubSpot expertise to own the platform and architecture end-to-end. You'll design and govern data, build integrations with ad platforms, data warehouse, billing and support tools, and create scalable lifecycle marketing automation. This is a founding, IC role with scope to build a team as we grow, across multi-product and multi-market contexts.
