Summary moog industrial group is seeking an engineering director em to lead engineering delivery across the power screws, motors, drives portfolio within integrated control solutions (ics).responsibilitiesown engineering delivery across the power screws, motors, drives portfolio, ensuring products meet business priorities, performance objectives and customer requirements.define engineering development roadmap, resource strategy and cross-site operating model for italy, india and the united states.lead and develop engineering managers and technical teams, strengthening capabilities, succession plans and organisational effectiveness.manage engineering capacity planning, workload management and budget execution.lead design reviews, technical milestones and risk management activities, ensuring outputs are ready for verification, validation, release and industrialisation.partner with product management to translate market needs and customer requirements into engineering plans and roadmaps.collaborate with systems, electronics, software and compliance teams to align product architectures, requirements, interfaces and development priorities.work with the ics competence hub to leverage shared technical expertise and best practices.drive adoption of common engineering standards, methodologies and continuous-improvement initiatives.support platform development,
