Junior Systems & IT Support Specialist:
TXT e-Tech, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a Junior IT Systems & Digitalization Specialist to join a major international Aerospace client based in the Varese area.
This opportunity is aimed at individuals eager to develop their expertise in IT infrastructure management, technical support, and business process digitalization within a dynamic and international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support the configuration, maintenance, and monitoring of servers, networks, and Windows/Linux systems
Provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Contribute to the analysis and optimization of business processes through digitalization and automation initiatives
Assist in the integration of applications, databases, and enterprise systems
Support the development of dashboards, reporting tools, digital forms, and basic web applications
Contribute to the administration of user accounts, mobile devices, printers, and other IT services
Support cybersecurity and compliance activities related to ISO 27001 and NIS2 requirements
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, and DHCP
Familiarity with hardware and software installation and configuration
Interest in software development, automation, and systems integration
Good command of the English language
Nice to Have
Knowledge of Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or similar programming/scripting languages
Familiarity with SQL databases, REST APIs, and system integration concepts
Experience with Microsoft 365, Advanced Excel, VBA, Power Automate, or Power Apps
Basic knowledge of web development and dashboard creation
Understanding of cybersecurity principles, ISO 27001, and NIS2 requirements
Exposure to ERP systems, business applications, or ticketing platforms, including through academic projects
Soft Skills
