OTC Manager EMEA

Phenna Group was founded in 2018 and has grown through acquisition across the testing, inspection, certification, and compliance sector. We’re looking for an OTC Manager to bring our EMEA businesses onto one consistent Order-to-Cash process.
The role
You’ll report to the Head of O2C EMEA and lead day-to-day delivery of billing, credit, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution across the region. You’ll manage the Billing, Credit & Collections team and work closely with local Finance Directors, Commercial leaders, and our UK Shared Services Centre. The focus is on improving cash generation, DSO, and billing accuracy, and on integrating newly acquired businesses into our O2C model.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in O2C, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Billing, including process improvement
- Experience leading teams in a multi-entity, international business
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and negotiating with customers
- An analytical approach, advanced Excel, and experience with ERP systems
- Shared services or acquisition integration experience (a plus)
- Fluent English (another European language is an advantage)
